For attendees, Movez integrates Google maps to provide a user-friendly map of their local areas. This makes it easy to find events happening nearby. Users can view events within their radius and claim tickets by simply clicking "Register". Once reserved, tickets are stored as QR codes in the user profile, ensuring a hassle-free entry to the event. Additionally, attendees can follow and message each other, fostering connections and enhancing the overall experience. With the integration of Uber ride-sharing, users can conveniently request Uber rides to and from their events.
Moving on to hosting features, Movez allows hosts to customize their event preferences, including gender ratios. They can choose to display their events to their private friend groups or the wider Movez community. Hosts also have the option to charge event fees and collect ticket payments using the app's payment and card processing integrations. For free events, hosts can gather RSVP data from attendees if desired. Furthermore, Movez enables hosts to co-organize events with other user profiles, sharing the responsibilities of event management.
It is important to note that the app may consume more battery life due to its use of GPS in the background. However, the convenience and features offered by Movez make it a worthwhile choice for anyone seeking to enhance their nightlife experiences.
